Scorer's Table Fundraiser

Tuskegee Alumni & Friends,

The Tuskegee University Golden Tigers and the Tigerettes are preparing for what we anticipate will be championship basketball seasons, and we want to show our support for them. The Golden Tigers were 19-9 last season, and the Tigerettes were 16-12. Both lost in the second round of the SIAC Tournament.

The Golden Tigers last won the SIAC championship in 2010 and the Tigerettes in 2008. To commemorate those championships and as well raise funds to purchase a SCORER'S TABLE AND 45 CHAIRS for use during games at the General "Chappie" James Center, Tuskegee University National Athletics Association (TUNAA) is soliciting alumni and friends of the University to make a donation of $20.10, $20.08 or $40.18. Our goal is $15,000.

Checks should be made payable to TUNAA with SCRORER'S TABLE on the memo line and mailed to James Arrington, TUNAA Executive Director, 317 Kresge Center, Tuskegee University, and Tuskegee, AL 36088. The deadline for contributions is December 15, 2011.

We anticipate the same enthusiastic support for this project as was received for the successful project to replace the Public Address System in Cleve Abbott Memorial Alumni Stadium.
